Heat and Hot Water are included utilities, pets are limited based on breed, and I'm looking to get this unit filled asap, but hopefully by October 1st...although we do have some identical rentals opening up. One will be available the first week of October and then another when the current tenant moves out on the first of November. Due to overwhelming responses we are checking credit reports for all prospects before setting up interviews.
